ABOUT THE WORKSHOP

We live constantly in relation to. We are relational beings.
Find someone who loves us and gives us the security we need to give, freely, voice and body to whom we are, is a desire shared by all. We need healthy relationships, rewarding and nutritious.
but, often, we engage in relationships where all kinds of conflicts easily emerge, giving way to oppressive silence, to the feeling of emotional loneliness. This toxicity encroaches on the whole possibility of authentic communication and shared knowledge of the true needs of both. The same can happen in relationships with family members, with friends, in the work environment and even with people who cross our path in the rush of day to day.
In a loving relationship or in other relationships, when there is no good management of our thoughts and feelings, we can harm them, deteriorating our quality of life. First of all, we need to nurture a healthy relationship with ourselves to build balanced relationships with others.

This workshop is an opportunity to take a break, relax, feel our body-mind-heart system, connect with yourself, listen to yourself and create space to recognize your needs, their attitudes and behavioral choices, with the aim of starting a path of change in order to be able to be with the Other.

SOBRE AS ORIENTADORAS

Maria MateusMaria é formada em Psicologia Clínica, na área de Psicopatologia de Adultos, com Pós-Graduação em Psicossomática e Epigenética em Psicoterapia. Dá consultas, desde 2000 em clínicas médicas e espaços privados. Desde 2011 orienta workshops relacionados com temáticas diversas, tais como o Stress e as alterações emocionais, a Auto-estima, a Comunicação eficaz, a Gestão de Conflitos e o Auto-conhecimento e necessidades próprias, estabelecendo a integração corpo/mente. Quer nas consultas, quer nos workshops, uses techniques and activities of body psychotherapy and Mindfulness.

Teresa Ranieri – Teresa is a certified facilitator of Mindfulness-Based Courses since 2014 (Mindful-Based Stress Reduction and Mindful Eating). He began to practice meditation in 1988. Since then he has practiced with great dedication and participated in several retreats mainly in Asia and usa. Then a retreat with Gregory Kramer, em 2016, cultivates insight dialogue regularly, a practice of interpersonal meditation that brings together meditative awareness and the relationship. He holds a master's degree in Pedagogy, in the context of body movement and is completing a master's degree in Mindfulness in clinical context in the Department of Psychology at Bangor University (UK).
